Food Safety Association provides all the services you need to operate your restaurant or hotel in South Florida at the most competitive rates!  Certification is required in all of Florida for Food Managers, employees of restaurants, grocery stores, and any other business in which food is served. We provide private or group trainings in either English or Spanish for both the Food Manager Certification Exam or Food Handler Certification Training.  Classes can be held at our Miami office in Coral Gables, Florida or at your restaurant or hotel for an additional travel fee. Classes are given by appointment, Monday through Friday with morning and afternoon times available.

FSA provides one-on-one private training on all aspects of the food manager exam required by the State of Florida. Class lecture time varies and includes a question and answer period.  You are then given 2 hours to complete the exam, which consists of 80 objective multiple-choice questions.  The exam is a secured and proctored computerized exam accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.  Results are provided the same day with successful completion awarded with a score of at least 75%. Certificate is valid for five years upon date of issuance.

Sushi Restaurant


Make sure your restaurant meets all state required health guidelines!  FSA can provide you with restaurant safety inspections, similar to those done by state health inspectors with a written report that includes summary of results and recommendations for improvement. 

  • Starting at $300 for an on-site inspection

  • $1,000 for a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) inspection

  • $1,000 for four (4) random yearly inspections to make sure your restaurant meets or exceeds state of Florida standards.
